2023 Fall Skills and Drills:

Designed for girls currently enrolled in UPK or Kindergarten, consisting of two practices a week. 

• Kindergarten - Girls currently in Pre-K or Kindergarten (Fall 2023-24 School Year)
• Practices will be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 - 6:30.
• All practices will be held at Martin Road Park in Henrietta  

No experience is necessary and all new players are welcome to join at any level. The registration fee covers practices once a week that consist of skill development and conditioning.

We also require the following additional items:

Equipment

Required equipment includes: goggles, mouth guard and lacrosse stick. These items can be purchased at any sporting goods store such as Dicks, Lacrosse Unlimited or Play it Again Sports.

Equipment Handout

For anyone who needs to rent equipment, we will hold an equipment handout. Details to come!

OTHER INFORMATION:
Program Registration fee: $90 This fee includes two practices a week and the possibility of friendly scrimmages

***USA Lacrosse Membership:

$15 - ages 6 and under

$30 - ages 7 -14

$35 - ages 15-18

This is required in order to participate in any RH Youth Lacrosse Programs.

A USA Lacrosse membership will only be purchased ONE TIME per calendar year. For the duration of your players year long membership you will enter their USA Lacrosse ID number during the registration process. This yearly membership insures your player wherever they play lacrosse. Additionally, there are many other benefits to take advantage of as a parent and for your player.

The USA Lacrosse Membership ID number will be needed in order to complete your program registration.

Sibling Discount

For families with more than two children participating, we offer a 25% discount for the third or more child. If you have three or more children please contact us at rhlacrosseclub@gmail.com prior to registering to receive the discount code.

Payments

All registration payments will incur a 5% processing fee.
