Indoor practice for players in grades 7-12.   Practices will be held at the Regional Sports Center in the Regional Market Building #7 at 900 Jefferson Rd. in Henrietta.  

Indoor Facility Rules:

• NO CLEATS are allowed on the practice turf so please be sure to wear your sneakers.  
• Please put your gear on at your car before entering the facility. DO NOT bring your bags with you.
• Players should be dropped off and picked up at the door.  
• Anyone entering the facility MUST wear a mask until they are on the playing field. 
• To help keep numbers manageable for social distancing, we ask that parents do not stay in the facility to watch unless absolutely necessary. If you do stay, you MUST wear a mask the entire time.
• Bring a water bottle with your name on it
